OUR POLICIES

Our Policies

At ILuxe Glo, we respect your time and strive to provide the highest level of care for every client. To maintain a smooth schedule and ensure fairness, we kindly ask that you review and follow our policies below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Standard appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Extended services (appointments lasting 2–3 hours) and permanent makeup procedures require at least 48 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made with less than the required notice (24 or 48 hours depending on service type) are subject to a 50% charge of the reserved service fee.

No-Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service fee.
  • If the appointment was booked using a gift card, certificate, or membership credit, the credit will be considered redeemed and forfeited.

Late Arrivals

  • We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time.
  • Due to our busy schedule and back-to-back bookings, late arrivals will result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client.
  • The full service fee will still apply, regardless of the reduced treatment time.

Appointment Reminders

  • Courtesy reminders are sent electronically.
  • Please note: failure to receive a reminder is not a valid excuse for a missed appointment, as long as the appointment was confirmed at the time of booking.

Voucher Policy 

  • Groupon vouchers are limited to one use per client.

Unforeseen Circumstances

  • In the event of situations beyond our control (such as power outages, weather closures, or emergencies), appointments will be rescheduled without penalties.
  • Please note that discounts are not applied in these cases.

Health & Medical Conditions

Your safety is our priority. At the time of booking, please inform us of any:

  • Health conditions
  • Allergies or sensitivities
  • Recent injuries or surgeries
  • Pregnancy
  • Other factors that may affect your treatment

Some conditions may require a doctor’s clearance, including:

  • Cancer
  • Cardiovascular conditions (high or low blood pressure)
  • Swollen or painful lymph nodes
  • Undiagnosed rashes or skin conditions
  • Thrombosis, arthritis, diabetes, blood disorders
  • Open wounds or recent injuries

Important wait periods before treatment:

  • Minimum 2 weeks after: Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, microblading, permanent makeup, tattoos, or cosmetic laser/ultrasound treatments.
  • 6–12 months after completing Accutane (Isotretinoin) before any facial service.
